Just announced to the faculty at the University of Memphis, Dr. Clay Shirky, NYU Professor of Interactive Telecommunications, will be presenting as part of the Marcus W. Orr Center for the Humanities at the University of Memphis on March 22, 2012, at the University Center.  A reception begins at 6:00 in the University Center.

Dr. Shirky is well known for his books Here Comes Everybody and Cognitive Surplus.
